Ronald R. Hocking Endowed Lecture Series in Statistics

The Ronald R. Hocking Endowed Lecture Series in Statistics on “Linear Models and Their Generalizations” was gifted from Dr. Ersen Arseven to the Statistics Department in 2001 to recognize exceptional contributions to the field of general linear models and their generalizations. The lecture series was designed to celebrate Dr. Hocking’s three-fold development of the theory, teaching, and application of linear models. Recipients  will receive an honorarium and a placard at the award ceremony.
