Model-based Mass Spectromerty data filtering and imputation (TamuQ 1.0)
TamuQ is a stand-alone R software that implements the algorithm described in Karpievitch et al. 2009 (quantitation paper). TamuQ was initially implemented in Matlab and later converted to R by Tom Taverner and Shelley Herbrich with minor edits from myself. Please read the referenced manuscript for details.
