My name is Soma S Dhavala, a 4th year Ph.D student in the Department of Statisitcs at Texas A & M University. I work in the Bayesian Bioinformatics Lab under the supervision of Prof. Bani Mallick.
For my disseration, I am developing Bayesian semiparametric methods to analyze cross-platform gene expression data.
