The following is a window to my worl

I am an applied statistician by profession, with substantial background in probability theory  and pure math, endless curiosity about biotechnology and the medical sciences , and lots of interest in the world of computing

Currently I work in biostatistics. To be specific, my main areas of interest are:

Graph-based models in bioinformatics

Machine-learning techniques for analysis of “omics” data (e.g., high-throughput data)

Dynamical models for infectious disease

Sequential/ multistage methodology & its applications;  sequential clinical trials
