The highpoint of Delaware is the second-lowest of all highpoints (only Florida's is lower) and the highpoint is located on the corner of Ebright Road and Ramblewood Drive across from a trailer park. I took US 202 south from Pennsylvania and turned left on SR 92 about a mile inside Delaware. Heading east on SR 92 (Naaman's Road) I actually missed the left onto Ebright Road the first time - it's about five minutes from the intersection of US 202 and SR 92. Once on Ebright Road you'll pass a school on the left and the highpoint is about a half-mile ahead with a large communications tower on the left and the highpoint sign on the right.
The actual highpoint was anticlimatic - I took about four pictures and left within ten minutes. There was not much to see on the roundtrip from Lititz, PA, except for the many signs for the LPGA event closeby.
