readme file for ozone directory

The file data.zip contains:

  1. sites80.dat,...,sites93.dat : location of sites for each year
  
  2. ozone80.dat,...,ozone93.dat : 

     . ozone for each year (each line is an hour and first three columns are
      which hour and the rest of columns are ozone values at the sites 
      according to the corresponding sitesxx.dat file)
                                   

     . values above 8000 are missing

  3. temp80.dat,...,temp93.dat
     wspeed80.dat,...,wspeed93.dat
     wdir80.dat,...,wdir93.dat

     . temperature, wind speed, and wind directions files stored like
       the ozone files

  4. census90.dat and census90.doc: 1990 census data
     census80.dat: 1980 census data (to get latitude and longitude
                   you need the file t8090.dat)
