Laboratory for Statistical Bioinformatics in Nutrition and Cancer

Our goal is to develop novel statistical methods to analyze data seeking to understand the links between nutrition and cancer. Our work encompasses cell-based molecular biology experiments in rat and mice models, along with epidemiologic data from large surveys of humans.
