Laboratory for Statistical Bioinformatics in Nutrition and Cancer
Raymond J. Carroll, Director
carroll at stat.tamu.edu
Our goal is to develop novel statistical methods to analyze data seeking to understand the
links between nutrition and cancer. Our work encompasses cell-based molecular biology experiments in rat and mice models, along
with epidemiologic data from large surveys of humans.
We are supported by grants from the National Cancer Institute, and run a
Bioinformatics Training Program
