I am interested in developing statistical methods and computational tools for the analysis of biological, ecological, medical, and clinical problems. In particular, my recent research focuses on devising novel statistics to model nonlinearity in biology, protein structure prediction, and integrating multiple high-throughput data sources using Bayesian techniques for disease prediction.
