Collaborations
in statistical proteomics between PNNL and Texas A&M
The large quantities of potentially interesting biological data
generated from high throughput proteomics make smarter statistical analysis
critical. We present recent work done in relation to statistical proteomics, in
collaboration between proteomics informatics group at PNNL and Texas A&M,
including work on incorporating missing data into more powerful statistical
models.
