Participants should make arrangements to stay at the Hilton
hotel. If you call the hotel (1-979-693-7500), mention that you
are a participant at the conference for the special rate of $85
per night (choice of 2 doubles or 1 king). We blocked 40 rooms
for the conference. The link below allows on-line registration.
The Hilton has a shuttle that will take you to campus. This shuttle
service is free, but make sure to request this service to reserve
a seat for timely arrival to the conference. Tell the driver you
are going to the MSC.
To obtain the special rate for
the conference using on-line registration:
- Click on the link below for the Hilton Hotel
- Click on the Reservations button
- Fill in the registration information
- Specify COTS for
the Group/Convention Code in
the Special Accounts registration section.
If the online registration does not quote the $85 rate per night
or their website generates an error from the COTS code,
please call the hotel directly (they know about the rate).
